Sex-stratified analyses of SV-adjusted data in a males and b females identified a shared module (M1) upregulated in MBR relative to CON. This module was also identified in un-adjusted data in the c female subset and d full set (both sexes). Notably, this module also revealed sex-specific group differences in the EBR group and a second module was identified in the SV-adjusted female subset relevant to downregulation in female EBR, relative to CON.
