  1. Overall model chi-square (ChiSq) was always significant (P < 0.0001). The model fit is indicated by −2 × log-likelihood as calculated by SAS (higher indicates better fit). The P values for each variable are shown; sex × time interaction and time were significant (P < 0.05) in all cases apart from male ASG and female MSG (italics and asterisk indicate P ≤ 0.05).
