Anti-angiogenic proteins are increased in HELLP and AKI rats. Circulating sFlt-1 (a) and sEng (b) were significantly increased in HELLP and HELLP+AKI rats compared to NP rats (n = 7–8/group). CD3+CD4+ T cells are increased in HELLP rats and in HELLP+AKI rats between indicated groups (c; n = 5/group); CD4+FOXP3+ and T regulatory (CD4+CD25+FOXP3+) cells are significantly increased between the indicated groups whereas there are no differences between in RORγ+ populations (d; n = 5/group). *–***p < 0.05–p < 0.0005 between the indicated groups
