Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of transcriptional targets of ASD-related TFs in the hippocampus of offspring prenatally exposed to BPA or vehicle control. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis was performed to determine the expression levels of selected transcriptional targets of ASD-related TFs using the hippocampus of pups prenatally exposed to BPA (n = 6 pups; 3 males and 3 females from 3 different dams) or vehicle control (n = 6 pups; 3 males and 3 females from 3 different dams). Data are presented as the mean ± SEM. The differences between the two groups were analyzed using the two-tailed Student’s t-test. A p value < 0.05 was considered significant. *p value < 0.05
