In the case of males, note that the increased number of 200-μm elements after training seems to be the result of the morphological dilation of 100- to 150-μm elements in a fair distance from the orifice. Clusters of 400-μm elements appear close to the orifice. This way, a younger network is formed (negative correlation between diameter and flow distance). In the case of females, the network in sedentary animals is fairly well organized, while in the strenuous exercise network, 150- to 200-μm vessel elements appear close to the orifice, not improving but loosening the pattern
