Expression of TH receptors and TH-synthesizing genes. The RNA seq data was obtained from NCBI submitted by a previous study [55]. Raw data were aligned and normalized using Partek Flow software. Expression analysis suggests that Dio2 expression is high in mouse microglia from cortex while Dio3 expression is high in the hippocampus.
