Ischemia reperfusion (IR) during pregnancy increases hypertension and parameters of HELLP in NP rats. Mean arterial pressure was significantly increased in HELLP and HELLP+AKI rats (a). HELLP and NP rats subjected to IR had increased lactate dehydrogenase (b) and aspartate aminotransferase (c) and decreased platelet counts (d).
