Function 1 separates groups based on sex, largely driven by differences in time spent jumping, jump time, and ambulatory time, whereas function 2 separates groups by gavage treatment, mostly driven by number of rears, zone entries, and stereotypic counts. LPS affects males and females in a similar fashion across discriminant function 2. Group centroids indicate the mean discriminant function value of each of the designated groups
