Percentage of dendritic cells (DCs) in the Peyer’s patches (a) and spleen (b) of male, female, BALB/c, and B6 mice. DCs are expressed as the percentage of CD11c+ cells within the F4/80−MHC2+ population. Results are expressed as the mean + SEM and were tested using two-way ANOVA.
