(A) Passive distensibility was increased in spontaneously hypertensive castrate plus testosterone (SHR CAST + T) mesenteric arteries compared to SHR control (SHR CONT) (* P < 0.01) and SHR CAST (* P < 0.01). (B) Passive distensibility was increased in Wistar Kyoto (WKY) CAST mesenteric arteries compared to WKY CONT (* P < 0.05) and WKY CAST + T (* P < 0.05).
